The platform for tabletop gaming communities
Connect · Compete · Conquer
Our mission
Every town has a tabletop scene, but most of them can't see each other. One store runs its 40K league through a WhatsApp group, the next one over tracks its Magic nights on a spreadsheet, and a group of friends organises games in a Discord nobody else can find. Good communities end up as islands.
Guildly brings it into one place. Find the stores near you, see what's on, join the groups that play your game, and turn up to play.
Less admin, more games, and local communities that know about each other.
Built to take the admin out of in-person play
Start or join a community for your game system. Share news on the guild board, chat in channels, and keep membership open or invite-only.
Find game stores near you, follow the ones you play at and book a table before game night. Community votes show which stores are the real deal.
Swiss, round robin, leagues, single elimination and map-based territory campaigns, with automatic pairings, result reporting and live standings.
Browse a calendar of casual nights, release days and competitive events. Register in a click and submit your army list or deck.
Follow guilds, stores and events, and everything they post lands in one feed. Your tournament record builds up as you play.
Run your store with a staff team, a booking queue, table reservations and tournament tools in one place. No spreadsheets needed.
Meet the developer
Developer · UK · Warhammer 40K player
Hi, I go by Noware. I'm a developer based in the UK, and when I'm not writing code I'm usually rolling dice over a game of 40K.
I built Guildly because I kept seeing the same thing: great local game stores and player groups, sometimes only a few miles apart, with no idea the others existed. Guildly is my attempt to join those scenes up, giving players one place to find everything near them and giving stores the tools to grow their community.
It's built by a player, for players and the stores that host them. If something's broken or could be better, “Report a bug” in your account menu comes straight to me.
